Attention Electrical Cost Q's !!!!

I found an almost perfect form that has a drop down menu of appliances and wattages and how many hours a day. It also lets you pick what state you are in to calculate electric cost... Maybe we could get this posted int he sticky, but if not be sure to check it out, the highest light bulb they have is 100 watt, but I just multiply the overall cost by 4 =)

Did anyone else find this helpful, I found it more helpful than the sticky ,and would have rather used this when I first was wondering the cost but if no one else wants to use it then whatever.
