attack of the fertilizer

hey guys this is a pic of my plant with fertilizer bite, is it doomed or is it possible to revive it?? SH4L

Looks like you poured some nutes on the plant itself.
Soil looks really wet.

I would stop giving nutes it is way to young.
You should wait until it is atleast 30ds old.

After the soil drys out some just give it water and nothing else until it gets older.
The water will leach out the nutes.
