Colorado . has this in place. but not until the fed say its ok . class 2 it instead of class 3 . now if it did go 50 state legal . the ignorant people that set it up. are tell every body they could get an zip for 150 dollars , what a deal right ? ok and 150 dollars for the patient , and that means the pharmacy would offer 50 dollars to the grower ! a zip . round about the farmer never gets even half. there is a problem there . how would the farmer be able to pay the light bill taxes all that ? there is no profit there . only could grow in green house and out doors. ok out doors you always chance mold in Michigan bugs . dirt. not medical grade in my opinion, but still good shit. this bill will not work in my opinion. because they would have to charge the patient . at least 250 to 300 a zip. and @ that point best to go to the care taker . at least you know your getting good product most of the time right , my opinion, care takers. if it ever goes legal in all 50 and care takers or patients are not allowed to grow . only allowed to go to the pharmacy. it would not be legal for us to grow or own meds, and watch what it does to the black market prices because a lot of people will shut there grows down . the price will sky rocket . think about it I can get 30 oxycodone for next to nothing if I had a scrip . but on the streets ! that's huge money . weed would be the same way even if the pharmacy grew there own , they would not give you what you wanted . pharmacy people know how to fill pill jars. dope dealers and growers deal and grow. it will be an interesting thing to see if all 50 are ever legal in our life time,. this is my opinion only, what is yours ? for got to say. there are programs in other country and every body I have spoken with . first thing they say is the weed is total bullshit. very weak. so they buy off the black market even though its legal . because they want quality meds for the prices there paying.

I don't rem where I did see the price.. but it was in the news in Colorado. it said 150 was going to be the set rate , I mean come on . some plants produce 4 times the yield but weak , and some is ounce but very strong . and some we know has no body buzz just a buzz . they need to figure some thing out on the prices . they will test it and go after thc\ not knowing that's what gives people with pain relief.
