Atheism Commercial

I thought this was pretty cool. Finally, our own positive commercial. I like the snippet of the Dawkins quote at the end; 'we are all atheist in respect to most gods, some of us just go one god further.' Perhaps this kind of positivity will help many people come out of the closet, so to speak There certainly are enough of us now to make a solid collaborative effort to really effect policy in this Country. Of course it's proven difficult to get atheists to do this, I've heard it referred to as 'Attempting to herd cats...'

Thats cool. Only thing that felt a tiny bit off was that it seemed a little like a political campaign ad or a commercial for an energy company, but I guess that is just the language of mass media. I dont mean that in a snarky way.

Ive been seeing a lot of the "good without god" bus ads and stuff around too. I think this positive angle is a good approach.

I know what you mean about the feel of the commercial, I was almost expecting a university or insurance ad. It could be better, but I feel it's a good start...
