At what point is a plant no longer a seedling

I have some bubba kush plants 14 days old today with their 3rd set of true leaves and about 4 inches tall. I was just curious when do you say the seedling stage is over and we are now in full veg..... Thanks for any advice

When there are 3 sets of true leaves. You are now in Veg.

I would personally say that once you have 3 sets of leaves and good rooting then you have passed the seedling stage.
