I have been dormant for couple years waiting and they finally passed it. Cannot tell you how excited i am. I will be growing commercially but reading the guidelines i think they are saying you have to get seeds with papers with lineage history. Anyone know anything about that in any other medical state? I ordered from theattitude and midweek song was happy with what i got but dont remember any type of lineage paperwork coming with them. Does anyone have the type of lineage paperwork that im talking about? Thx in advance all.

I’m in on growing commercialy as well. There is a shop in Tulsa that may be able to help with this info. I’m going to be heading there this weekend to see what info they have. May want to reach out to the seed company and ask if they have any knowledge on this.

If you guys end up with any home growing, it is better than Florida's. We passed it a while back, and the guys in Tallahassee have done all they can to gut it.

Even so, hell must be freezing over if Oklahoma is legalising in any way.
I was driving through Kansas on US54 going to Chicago. A carload of Okies stopped with all the doors open grabbing ditch weed. Stuffing it in the trunk. Probably 5 pounds of worthless junk. But the Kansas pork would still arrest you.

Right Oklahoma doing any sort legalizing is amazing. I lived in Lawton and my mom still lives out there. So I know for them to do anything is surprising considering their stance in the past.
Texas passed a law allowing CBD oil to be used just for seizures or some shit. That whole region is too far from good water and too close to Hell.

yeah they did only for epiliptics.....only state own/controlled despensary and there is 3 of those, we still can't grow for personal or anything like that.......word on the ground is, it's moving quick..should be careful in 19 when the legislature comes back. Lots of stuff on the books.

Hey I was born and raised in Louisiana for the most part. It is nice in the south.
Native Texan. I'll wager a pack of good seeds Texas legislature doesn't do shit positive for cannabis this year, next year or 2020. Too damned many freaking Baptists and other holy rollers

i'm usually not into politics, but with this race, yes i like Beto over Cruz, Cruz is a douche and about dumb as a rock with some of the stuff i've seen. Beto is progressive especially in the cannabis arena.....other than that. I keep out of politics.
I ask because Beto is very progressive regarding cannabis. He's from my hometown. Haven't lived there in years but growing up where you could get life in prison for a joint I stay interested .
