Arrow shipping to EU

I talked to guy on Arrow support and he said about DHL DDP delivery: "You don't need to pay importing taxes and customs fees, we ship to your door".
But when I click on that delivery it says: "Customers may be charged tax if applicable."

What that means, as I know we in EU only pay 20-25% importing taxes on buying price. That means we pay customs fees or tax or how do you call this from above words from Arrow guy?

They offer DHL Express WW delivery too, which is 25-30€ cheaper. I wonder what's difference then?
And they offer also Fedex delivery which is the same price as DHL Express WW.

In all cases you must pay 20-25% importing taxes as I know.

"Customers may be charged tax if applicable." Just means depending on what country you are from they will add the appropriate tax at the checkout instead of billing you after you get the item and charging a piss take admin fee.

When you choose DDU, you will get an invoice for tax, plus a admin fee but you get the item next day.
When you choose DDP, the vat is added onto the sale price at the checkout. No admin fee but takes up to a week.

I prefer tme.

I got my order shipped through DDP if I'm not mistaken, I paid 155€ + 33€ in taxes. I paid everything before, took like 5 days to receive my items but in the end taxes were lower
