Are those ok to start?

Check out the pics of i got from the supermarket, wanted to make sure those are ok before i start growing.

I'll be growing only one plant.

The only powerful CFL i have found is a 23W lamp. temperature marked as cool daylight.

The first attachment is the lamp.
The second is some fertilizer i found for flowering.
and the Third is soil [is that ok to use?]

the light will be fine until its a few months into veg,
the nute looks like a phosphorus nute which will come in handy for flowering but for veg look for something high in nitrogen
and the soil will work fine but if i were u i would add some stuff like perlite, vermiculite, blood or any meal really, worm castings, any guanos, and maybe peat moss, thats what i used in my soil mixes, lime if u need it
 
More light man, that one light is gonna make your plant lankey and give very little bud. Pick up more and get a 42Watt from HomeDepot for like 10bucks.
More light makes more buds.
 
THe problem is i can't seem to find a 42W lamp, i'll probably have an array of 3 or 4 of those 23W lamps?

As for the nutes, i can have goat's shit compost, that'll be ok?
 
yea mix that with ur soil (with manures i do 10-20 percent depending on the potency) then add some perlite or vermiculite so it'll drain all nice, maybe think of some lime if u think the pH will be too high. Also one more thing with manures: spred a layer of plain soil (with no manure) over the top to prevent flies
