Are they stretching?

These seedlings are about a week and a half old.

As you can see they're being grown on my windowsill, which is crap I know.
It's being absolutely amazing weather throughout their grow, except for the last couple of days, which as you may be able to see

IT FUCKING SNOWED
IN FUCKING APRIL

so basically, are they stretching?
is it worth replanting them or should I just leave them?

At the moment I can't use lights to grow, and obviously I can't move them outside, which I was planning on doing.

Still can't believe it fucking snowed in april

anyway, any advice on anything would be appreciated as I'm obviously a noob.

thanks in advance.

they do appear to be stretching alittle. you should pick up a couple of cfls to put over them until you are able to put them outside

they look alright, if they start stretching too much consider adding more soil to make the plant shorter, transplant if necessary to achieve this
