Don't believe any breeder that tells you a plant will be finished in "X" number of weeks from seed, I've never seen it happen, and it is usually a flat out lie. NO one can tell you how long it will take for your plant to grow from seed. There is to many variables! Your environment, genetic phenotype, and care you give it will all effect the time it takes a plant to grow.

Your plant will most likely be finished 9 weeks from the time you first saw signs of flower. That will also depend on your environment, and the specific genetics of the plant.

Your plant is still growing new calyxs and then needs to mature once the growth is done.

Mephisto has always been pretty close on their estimates for me, other breeders not even close

How long does Mephisto usually say? I'm on my phone I don't feel like looking them up . If they give long enough estimates I could believe it but seriously most companies don't. I shouldn't have been quite so hard and definite with my statement but I've watched growers have this problem for years. It's frustrating I suppose.

Most of their strains average 70-75 days to 80/85 days and most journals on AFN support this as being normal for finish.

Its way to early to even be thinking about looking at trichomes. The OP still has fresh growing buds, that plant has 3+ weeks. After the buds stop growing new calyxs, then they need to swell and mature.

Just adding to the hype train. I haven't had an auto finish on time yet. :wall:
I usually account for 100 days start to finish. That's just me though. :weed:
