are these spots from mites?

...mites resemble that, the only way to really tell is to get a telescope and look for eggs. Check out the underside of your leaves...do yo u see black dots? Either way, you should get you some 100% neem oil and give as directed on bottle...better safe then sorry.

I let my soil get pretty dry before last watering and when i did I saw a few tiny lite colored critters running around on top .
