When should I transplant these guys? i tried to keep the light as close as I could but it still doesnt seem to be close enough since one kinda fell over. should I do something to keep it upright?

I transplanted into pro-mix one that I germinated a week before the others. its cotyledons are turning yellow. is this normal? should I do something?
