are these lights good

im using 4 200w crystal clear light bulbs each bulb putting out 3980 lumens was wondering if that was str8 to use to vegging on 18 hrs a day for my mother plants... im using 2 75 watt plant lights that give off a slight red glow for flowering is that enough or do i need more?

i honestly have no idea what kind they are they just say crystal clear 200 light output: 3980 lumens life 750 hours energy used 200 watts then it has a pic of a light with a21 in it

CFLs or HIDs are best for growing bud! I think the clear lights are incandescent and have little useable light for plants.

trash those lights and at least get you some 23w cfl's they are cheap and cheap to run give off little heat just choose which spectrum you want

750 hours doesn't seem like a very long bulb life.
