Are these Healthy?

Just was wondering if my plants need to have their leaves trimmed or not. Whether they are too bunched up and need more room or what-not.
Any advice on how to help them stay healthy, whether they are fine or need some tuning, is greatly appreciated thank you! Just wondering if they are too droopy or something.
