hey guys i just looking at lights and was wondering how good these would be for a small grow.

If i were you i would go with the standard E40 base fitting rather than that B22...Never heard of it before?

I would imagine you would have trouble finding a reflector for that B22 base?

The lights are fine for veg mate, you could flower with them but would get much better results of you switched to 2700k lights for flowering. Ask the seller, he will probably have flowering bulbs as well. Wouldn't worry about the fitting, just get a reflector and replace the sockets. Good luck!
