Are these gnats?

Got a few of these little fuckers on my yellow sticky trap and just want to confirm if they are gnats? I no ive got spider mites but which im gonna get some mighty wash for them this morning. So yeah... Its not looking too good for me at the min, heres the pic.

ya, that looks like a fungus gnat.

They thrive in wet conditions. Aside from the cures, let your plants dry out a bit more between waterings, believe it or not that helps keep them in check.
