Are these flowering(pics)?

I've looked but can't find this on an established thread. Do these appear to be flowering? They have been planted, outdoor, since 5/11. I want to add some Fox Farm Big Bloom but I'm not sure what stage I am at..if these are the wrong places to take the pics let me know...thanks folks...

I'm hearing from someone they don't look like there flowering...what you all think?

Not even close, there still in veg and thats all new growth. When you see pistils sticking up then your about to flower.

no those r at the most early pre flowers u kno ur flowering when u c alot of hairs at pre flower sites

In what picture do you see pre flowers? I just took a second look behind the stipule and nothing there?
