are these entering re veg or are they full scale budding?

Title says it all guys. There hasntbeen much bud production at all and I'm guessing they entered veg again hopefully. What do you guys think

Is there a sure way to tell if they have entered veg again

Last pic definitely in re-veg.(single leaf growth sure indicator) which means they're all are in re-veg just not as far along as the plant in the last pic. The third pic I wouldn't allow it to re-veg...I'd force 12/12 (by covering it after 12hrs of light) and finish it out..the cages you have just wrap one in black glad trash bags and cover. I have one I'm doing it to.

Pull the third pic, the others have the classic single leaf which usually means reveg. But how quick and how good will the growth be is up in the air. GL

The third pic was on plants I transplanted wrong I think. They are just so small and thin but are coated in frost
