I think you need to step up your hygiene game. Dedicated grow room, no open doors/windows clean and keep clean.

Insanely sad thats not a option at the moment, I have to live with a SUPER slob brother and niece and I have a lazy roommate aswell just my luck I'm in the living room with both tents I have paid for the last 3 months organic pet friendly pest control inside outside I'd knew this was highly likely with my scenario and tried to prevent

I've fallen in love with gardening and bought a rose bush from lowes I'm betting that's where the infestation began only a guess tho with paying for bug control, I'm still on veg tho and will be for probably 2 weeks now so ima use no pest strips with a quality air purifier outside both tents, and yes I'll wash throughly before flowering

Ya. That sucks. Sometimes you have to just play the hand you're dealt... Filters on your intakes will help.... Hungry bugs are horny for nice fresh smelling plants though. They WILL locate them eventually.
Diatomaceous earth.... Neem, Athena ipm, citric acid, spinosad, Nukem, all natural safe options for people pets. There's more too just can't think of them ATM

Thank you for the tips. Hoping after these pest strips I can just put a crazy amount of lady bugs in each tent as primary pest control, the others in the house can deal with it for being so lazy
