Are these clones ready to veg?

Greetings... This is my first attempt at cloning, and so far so good. I was wondering if these roots looked developed enough to take them out of the dome and place them under 400w MH in their hydroton homes.

id wait a little more, i think you want another 50% of rooting on those. im sure they will grow very slow if you put them as they are now. a couple more days would be worth it.

im a noob too but ive done a lot of research on everything and that is based off what i know.
