Are these bugs thrips?

Well I'm at end of 5th week flower don't know what to do . Got buds every where so don't know what to spray I just notice these bugs last week but wasn't sure took the pic today.
I only notice them after I water plants

They're not thrips, looks like springtails to me. They're not gonna hurt anything. They like moist soil let your medium dry a little more between waterings. I wouldn't risk putting anything in the soil to kill them and possibly damaging the plant in the process,
