Yes, you could get 1 or 2 cones from her now..(if it is a her?) or you could wait another 7 days and get 10-20 clones. You have lots of secondary growth that will be clone-able in 7 days..

cheers

You want a "cutting" to have at least 2 nodes in order to make a quality clone.

cheers...

cheers i really appreciate your help! i just need to find out wether its female so i will take 2 cuttings now root them for a week and then put into 12 12 to get the sex. Cheers

I'm no expert, but those look female to me, can't be certain untill they see 12-12 for a couple weeks though! I thought mine were all female untill I put them in 12-12. There was an indicator, the males were the fastest growing and largest plants of the original four that sprouted!! the smaller ones were females!

The question always is How many clones do I have in the next few days. Poppin clones that have just that size/look until you have half a dozen to pop into clone is a great method. Just need a zip-lock and blow into the open bag and reclose each day.

Oh about that certain size/development. You will find that a certain size of leaf will maximize absorption per leaf while wasting no leaves to being unsupportable and yellowing and dying.
