Are these big enough for my plants final home?

should work good...I grow in similar size as have height restriction so I crop twice (3 cuts) for 4 colas during 30 day veg at 24hr light and so far been around 3 feet but got an AK-48 cropped many times about to overshoot my space so depends on strain but yes bigger pots usually make for bigger plants with bigger buds.

I used to transplant at least 3 times (once during early flower) and have found that when I plant as you have I get better root distribution. When I used to transplant I would benefit from root bound growth but the root ball when transplanted into larger pot wouldn't use upper soil like it does when planted as you have which I also I prefer now.
