Are the New Cree XM-L2 LEDs available?

Trying to put a panel design together (without success, I might add). Thought maybe these new LEDs would have the juice I'm needing.

nop, same power as the XM-L. only change is the Binnig(color-temp) at higher Temps(85°C before 25°C ), more practical

Thank you guod. Not sure what that means, but that is the way this project has gone for me. I'm reading and reading and it all seems completely foreign. It seems to me this morning that I really have no business thinking I can build an LED panel. I admire you all for having such a strong working knowledge of the subject matter
