are T5s worth vegging with?

or are they too weak? going to veg several clones for a month or so on 2 t5s. should i get 4? i'd rather use the minimum if possible. 50watts each.

I veg 16 with4ft 4 bulb t5's and love it...low heat and great results

I use 8 - 2' T5s for Veg and 400w HPS for flower.

I have to use T5's because I can't run 2 - HID lights in my cabinet.
