my white widow plants have started to show what sex they are . they are 38 days old from seed . under 1000w mh, full nutes ,.is this reliable enough to pull out what looks like males at this stage???its a new lamp and ballast

Sure, some strains show sex during veg and others will wait until 12/12 is initiated to tell you.

No problem. I always wait a few days as well just to make sure. You have weeks before you have to worry about pollen.
