Are perlite and river pebbles be used as s bubbleponic grow medium?

I'm prety new at this and I would appreciate the advice thanks. I believe i can use this mix but i wanted to check with thw riu fam

hey im in the same boat you were a few years ago. any insight on perlite mediums?

I wouldn't use perlite in DWC and thus I wouldn't use it in bubbleponics.

I have used pumice (rinse well to clean dust) BBQ grill lava (rinse well before use to remove red oxide dust), polished fish tank gravel, pea gravel I took for a highway repair area. Wash anything well and disinfect with clorox:water at 1:100 to kill any unwanted guests.
