are NYC Diesel seeds from soma feminised?

i bought a 10 pack of the nyc diesel from soma and i was just about to germinate 3 of them (hoping at least one is a female) and i noticed a female symbol on the package.

i didn't see that they were feminised on attitudes web site but it would be great if they actually are because i will only germinate 2 instead of 3 and be definate that i have girls!

does anyone know?

Here's a pic of my NYC Diesel package. Notice the gender section -- if yours shows both male and female symbols (like mine does), then it's not feminized. If it just shows the female symbol, then yes, it's probably feminized.

how much did you pay for yours if you don't mind me asking? i paid $175 US dollars. i will be very happy if they are feminised!!!

have you grown any nyc diesel to completion yet? or smoked any? if so i would love to hear your feedback on the strain (pro's and con's).

Mmm, I think they were like $150-ish. It's been a while, so I'm not positive.

I've grown plenty to completion. My small flowering cabinet (400 watts) is devoted solely to NYC Diesel. I rotate other strains through my larger (600 watt) flower cabinets. I had a 1000-watt light for a while, and I did one all-Diesel grow with that, and got around 22 ounces dry.

It's great stuff. Looks nice, very potent, tastes wonderful. The downsides: it's a long flowering strain (75-ish days works best for me), so yield/month isn't as high as some other strains. Because of the extra flowering time, it also takes more nutes and electricity (if you grow inside) to produce a batch of Diesel. But...it's worth it. You'll be very pleased.
