Are my roots safe? Pics included.

This is my one and only LA Haze X Purple Goo, 62 days since the seed was planted. I'm pretty happy with it and will probably put it into 12/12 in another 2-3 weeks. I just noticed while rinsing out its drainage pan that its roots have made it all the way through the 5-gallon bucket. I feel like I should do something about this to avoid roots being burned by salty runoff. Should I prune them or would that just stimulate more outward growth? Feedback always much appreciated.

I personally hate when this happens, and if you aren't already in flowering might as well transplant just before you induce to accommodate any more growth.

Just a suggestion.

That's what I was afraid of. The problem with that is this is 1 of 6 5-gallon buckets, tightly gathered in a narrow space. This one in particular went from a jiffy pellet, to a solo cup, to a 2.5 gallon, to the 5, where it's only been for 11 days. I've never seen roots grow with such vigor, come to think of it. Should probably back off the bone meal a bit in the future. Has anyone ever snipped off roots that have escaped your drainage holes like this?
