Are my plants revegging?

Had them out sometime in Feb with supplemental lights.

The indica heavy Blackberry flowered in mid-late April, and the Animal Cookies lagged it sometime after.

I have light deprivation ready but the Blackberry doesn't look like it wants to revert back. I have heard that some indica strains will continue to flower if it is too far gone, which is what I am hoping for.

The Animal cookies on the other hand are growing more leaves than flowers, and in odd shapes and patterns.

I know it's vegging season but since Southern Cal doesn't get 14.5 hrs of sun, will I be able to flower throughout June.

the one in the final pic looks ok.but the other 2 are revegging.they will need to revert back to flower and then they will start to grow more bud,but sometimes the bud thats already there, will start to die off,so its not worth the hassle of reflowering.if any of the plants are worth keeping, take cuttings and start again.

they are regenerating, but you may be able to keep them flowering, you are kinda in a "quasi-state", some strains once triggered won't fully reveg unless they get 18hrs or more of light (some strains won't , regen unless you put them under CONSTANT light) If you are lucky you could keep them kinda foxtailing a lil by keeping them under 12/12.
but to give you a STRAIGHT answer, NO they will not flower outside, they'll keep doing what they are doing and even worse as the days get longer. The only way to salvage them is by putting them INSIDE, under a 12/12 regimen.
If you keep them outside, you'll want to top them, or the stems won't hold the weight of your colas.
