Are my plants healthy?

any tips would be appreciated, I have pinched the tops once a week and they have been growing for 4 weeks

they look healthy. maybe its the lighting but they look a bit pale...maybe could use a higher dose of "N".

Thanks, should I use nutes, if so, which ones as im new to using nutes I have always grown with water. Thanks

Unless the white balance is off in your camera, I agree that you are ready for a good boost of nitrogen. You need to decide if you want to grow organic or with chemical nutrients and then we can give you some recommendations. I use the Fox Farm lineup but I am thinking of switching over to organics.
