Ok guys here are my plants after 2 weeks. They are under 3 CFL bulbs for 24 hours a day! I also have a fan blowing on them lightly. My questions was why are they leaning over like that, instead of growing upward.. Any tips will help thanks guys!
Are my plants dying? Or what?

Not enough light, overwatering, light not close enough. add more light, let the soil dry between waterings keep the bulb no more than 2-3 inches from the tops.

btw, almost all the light that bulb is making is being wasted the way you have it, you want to hang them horizontally over the tops of the plant, that middle section is where most of the light is put out, not the top of the bulb.
