are my lights good?

im using a 24WT , but they said at the store it works like a 125WT , is that a good light for my plants?

i have a bigger 1 , which is 28 WT , works as 140WT

Edit : my plants are at their 3rd-4th day

depends on how many sq ft of seedlings you have. You should have at least 50w actual per sq ft. Keep them back 6-8 inches for very young seedlings, then move in to 2 in.
