if i go lets say 1more month an change pots to bigger the roots are gonna get bigger meaning that the plant will be able take more nutrient to the bud site

man ive never tryed before i tough they all grew that fast , its beginners luck i guess and lots of search i gave them rhizo once

+they got transplanted twice once in redcups and after those pots you can see in the picture theres like 150 more redcups on the floor ran out of money

Yeah man Id go ahead and flower,theyre all rooted.Giving them another few weeks of veg would totally defeat the purpose of s.o.g

now for the lumens per foot

here a quick guide that helped me alot
Illumination can be calculated as
I = L[SUB]l[/SUB] C[SUB]u[/SUB] L[SUB]LF[/SUB] / A[SUB]l[/SUB] (1)
where
I = illumination (lux, lumen/m[SUP]2[/SUP])
L[SUB]l[/SUB] = lumens per lamp (lumen)

C[SUB]u[/SUB] = coefficient of utilization

L[SUB]LF[/SUB] = light loss factor
A[SUB]l[/SUB] = area per lamp (m[SUP]2[/SUP])
[h=4]Example - Illumination[/h]10 incandencent lamps of 500 W (10600 lumens per lamp) are used in an area of 50 m[SUP]2[/SUP]. With C[SUB]u[/SUB] = 0.6 and L[SUB]LF[/SUB] = 0.8 illumination can be calculated as
I = 10 (10600 lumens) (0.6) (0.8) / (50 m[SUP]2[/SUP])
= 1018 lux
