hey dude, in my personal experience i would say no not quite. the hairs are still extremely fresh and white. you could harvest now but at least from my first grow experience i did and should have waited an additional 2-3 weeks. it sounds like a long time but the weight will continue increase along with the development of the trichs(the things that get you high) if you can get your hands on a microscope then i would say look at the trichs at different spots on the plant. you will be looking for the colouration of them.

clear /cloudy or milky /amber
too young /ok /ripe
little thc /thc in its prime /thc the has started to slightly degrade forming cbd and increasing the stoner/couch lock feel\

The surefire easiest way to tell if it's not ready, is if it has long, white pistils. If your ladies are still rockin the aforementioned pistils, don't even bother looking at trichomes yet.

Those hairs will recede and turn orange, brown, purple, etc. depending on the genetics of the plant. ;)

2-3 weeks!

I still have white hairs so I will give it another couple of weeks. I will post more pictures with a real camera and not a WindowsPhone 8

these guys have definitely got the right response, most amateur growers say just look at the trichs, but real growers know that if their still calyx's showing and they havent receded into the buds then its not ready. Wait till those hairs draw back up into the bud then start your flush

update to recent pics, id say now is the time to start your 2-3 water cycle flush and chop. So if they were mine id be chopping in about 5-7 days
