Never seen a plant like that in 13+ years. It is hard to tell without a pic of the entire plant or at least half. Looks bizarre almost like they started to flower then we're reveged and have a nasty ph problem.

looks like the claw, the reverse claw, nitrogen toxicity, heat issues, etc..... details would be good as suggested....

Well I went ahead and hit them with another blast of neem and DW liquid. I saw a number of what appeared to be white bugs but didn't have a micro glass to really see. Then one of my really bad plants the one in the main pics I gave a hot shower, I heard that might help. So now I guess I'll wait and see. Any suggestion????Can you spray to often with Neem? Will Neem hurt in the flowering stage? A lot of question for a dying plant I know.
