Are lowbays anygood?

Ok guys n girls,
Im looking for a relativly cheap 25ow hps and came across these http://fastlight.co.uk/acatalog/150w_&_250w_Growbays.html
£68 delivered for the 250w version,comes with bulb and easyrollers,just need to add cable.
Any one use these or similar?my main concern is that having the ballast in my grow area is probably going to increase the heat in there,Anyone know of noise/heat issues with these?.
Im hoping to flower in the next week or two
,so I am needing a flowering bulb set up fairly soon.

check craigs list. alot of companies are switchen to flouro so there are electricians with 400wattters for super cheap. I see practicly new ones all the time for like 34-75 a piece.

does anyone know if these us the regular son-t bulbs?, I know it mentions hqi is this a totally different type of bulb needed?

ended up buying an ipac 250w,,working pretty well at the moment.
