Are grow lights considered drug paraphernalia?

no, i've never heard of anyone getting arrested for buying grow lights, i have however, heard of people getting followed home for buying them from a hydro store, cops going through their trash, and finding other evidence which has lead to a search warrant, and the person getting arrested, more than once even..

I don't think so.I got busted growing back in 1996 and they took everything except my lights.They took scales ,bud,my kola buds were all standing in lobster pots they took pots and all hell they even found about 2 pounds of dry wild catnip in a bag in the kitchen and took that as dried bud on top of the 15 pounds of real bud( that was mysteriously only 5 when I got to court) but they left all 5 sets of grow lights right where they were.So from my experience I would positively say no.

lol, very true, but i have even heard of people getting busted for simply having rolling papers on them,, no weed, just papers.. of course i think it's beyond retarded, just know that it's happened to people before.. i guess it all depends on what state you're in.

Actually he was busted for transporting bongs with pot leaf pics on them across state lines by the feds I think. The States has some fucked up laws lol. But so does Canada for that matter, 5 plants and we go to jail for 6 months mandatory!! But we can buy seeds at the corner store, god help us all. Lol

It's really strange. In one picture we have government agencies passing out care packages for needle injecting drug users and in a different picture we have people being chased for buying lightbulbs or having cigarette papers.
Then in another pic we have people going around with bio protection gear picking up the remnants of these used care packages,,,which are IMO extremely dangerous.
Some person(s) in power have to get their priorities straightened out. ie If my child stepped on a roach while we were walking down a public sidewalk, I would not worry...
