are gnats a big problem?

i saw 1 gnat in my cabinet today. i am 5 days into flowering.

what should i do?

kill it just for your pleasure....can't harm the plant dude

right on. thanks. i know i saw a couple before in my veg box and did just that.

A pregnant fungus gnat can cause big problems. The larvae can feed on roots which can cause stunted growth.
