this is the outdoor growing section, so I guess outdoor. I would probably avoid hazes in the UK, not sure they will finish in time..

Try to look for auto flowers, or quick finishers. Also depends on what part of the UK as well...

i want to grow outdoors, and i live in the west midlands and i have a low budget - max £35 for ten seeds and i would like regular not femenized

Look at Zen Seeds or Earth Seeds and pick something, those have strains for ur climate...

You could consider Deep Blue F3, it's a nice short finishing plant, been crossed with the UK clone only strain Livers/Blues, it's regular as well. It's within your budget and you get free delivery from sea of seeds dot com.
