Aqua globes do work, for houseplants that just use ambiant light and get watered once a week with a cup of water. You would need several of these if you leave for any period of time.

Ok thank you for the information.
Does anybody have ideas on how I can keep them watered for the entire week?

Not recommended but if you MUST people have just gotten large containers that the bottom of your pot will fit in and basically you water and allow lots of water to remain and it bottom waters while your gone. You can run the risk of overwater I would think but people do it when they must be gone for week

get the large globes for large plants water before you leave and stick one on the side of the plant if they are in flower it will not support them but it will if you are within six weeks of planting this is my method good luck

awesome yeah they will be about 6 weeks old, I looked but i can only find the little ones so i am thinking of 2 per plant, im going to give it a test run this week before i leave to see how well they will work.
