I'm pretty sure there are aphids on my plant. Every time I water it there are tiny white bugs that fly away from the leaves. Does anybody know of a "poor man's way" to take care of the problem?

your plants have whitefly. serious pest problems will result if not treated.. check out the info about treating pest in the Forum titled Marijuana Plant Problems. GL

Those are white flies. Aphids don't fly that I know of, and they aren't usually white. Mix a tsp of dawn dishwashing liquid and a tsp of canola oil in 2 cups of water. Spray them before you water. Neem oil is stronger, but the "homemade insecticidal soap will usually do the job.

Aphids don't fly away very easily. You could have gnats or whitefly. Pics?

Is there a specific kind of soap you recommend? Only cam I got is a webcam or I would post pics :/
