Its about the money, mang. Montel is a good enough dude, just trying to get by like everyone else, but everything he touches has capitalism marked all over it...dispensaries, pay day loans, over priced blenders.

My $100 ninja blender makes the same kale smoothies his $300+ machine does.

Yep.. They don't let you handle the buds at all. They have you meet with their budtender for an "evaluation" of your conditions and they suggest a blend they believe is best for you. That blend is then ground up and dispensed to you without your smelling or seeing the buds.

THIS IS NOT THE WAY I WOULD MEDICATE!!!!
Thats really stupid. Once you grind bud up, the thc deteriorates really quickly. I've noticed a lessening of quality within a few days

IMO - Stay away from harborside clones right now. If you do go there, stick with the big name nursery clones, don't buy the ones from random vendors. They are not reliable at the moment.

For the bay area I'd strongly recommend you add Oakland organics to that list. I've grown out 2 of their strains (platinum OG & purple Mr Nice), both absolute fire.
I totally agree with kone on this!! Harborside is way to commercial IMO i got bugs and PM from them both times i went there.

I've been to Abatin quite a bit. They've changed a lot of policies, since when they opened. No membership fee anymore. They also have samples of their flowers to scope out and smell. They still don't allow you to touch the meds, but I don't want to touch anything that's been handled, anyway. They still have the counselors and I found them to know more real info. There meds have been pretty good. The reason I go there is that they test their meds before they put them out. For me, that makes a lot of sense. For Sac they're okay.

Try River City Phoenix if you get a chance. :)

RCP is nice and I've been a member there for awhile. Recently, the flowers at Abatin have been more what I'm looking for. We all know how that goes. Abatin doesn't have clones, though, which is what this thread is about though.

Sad to see El Camino got raided. They were one of the nicest clubs in town.

Man...I'm gonna stop talking about dispensaries in Sac. I posted a whole clone list at El Camino and days later they get raided. Call me paranoid...but I haven't had a pure sativa in weeks. :/

For now I'm sticking to my favorite dispensary, which doesn't have a website (or SNR ads) and never will as well as my delivery guy. That way I dont get my heart broken after a damn raid.

I just got some river pheniox clones and so far so good I grabbed the cookie s and the skywalker og I guess there from dark heart nursery ill know if there real in about another 4 weeks

Good luck.. Their flower quality went way down last summer as well as their selection. IMO there are better places in town now.

I couldnt really find much in the way of Indica last year no matter where I looked, found some great Lavender last year up towards the Placerville area off highway 50-. RCP always seemed out of what I wanted last spring, all Sativa based clones. I did pick up some Amnesia since I was there, and was really happy with it. Sativa, but a very potent, heavy buzz like an Indica. I prefer the taste of the Lavender, but for plain ol' ass kickin' weed, Amnesia did the trick.
Nobody seemed to have any Bubba or Grape, which is what I really wanted

In Nor-Cal, clones are almost traded openly to medical patients. The DEA has been hitting the Sac area hard and they were looking for clones. The clone trade has gone underground, for the most part, in Sac area.

try BudTrader.com watch for plants with bugs, the dealers with 1000s of clones are not going to clone a shitty strain, I have tried more than a dozen and all are badass.. I recommend the True Blueberry, Cherry Pie, and Agent Orange.

Some of my strains are making their way in the "clone trading pit".. Keep an eye-out for pSi-Deep Blue, it will demolish most of the "fruitiest" and potent strains out there.. My pSi-Clops also hit the scene and it has a hashy taste but gets MUCH more potent and heavier than many clones like Ken's GDP.. Oh yeah.. pSi-Clops shits all over Ken's GDP clone. (the guy and I had a fight over my comments on his strain, he hates bad and honest reviews).

keep looking, you will find some AWESOME gear!
