Also I had stem rot/ I chopped the branch. Spores spread beyond our human eyes…, any thoughts?I cut off this branch but I’m aware spores spread… beyond the human eye… I’m doing a hydrogen peroxide flush and idk, any ideas? Also cleaning stem with a hydrogen peroxide spray. It’s a jungle out here makes you wonder how to keep from goin under

Wish I could help. Don't know much about spores and such. What's your environment like?
Ouch! I luckily don’t have the powdery mildew. But this stem mold that happens . My environment is wet. It rains every night and latley in th last 3 days all day also! So the plants are living in a cloud! I did a soil drench with Dr zymes on half and hydrogen peroxide 1/4 cup to gallon and I’m going to see if I can attack systemically
Also they are under a green house covering not getting the buds wet from rain… learned that lesson years ago haha but I’m in Haiku Maui

Please keep documenting your process and results. Hopefully someone here has been through this and can offer some tips. Do you have airflow such as fans available to keep the air circulating?

No fans and no money for them but we have natural trade wind which are amazing and blow them all about.
Something that made me think I had russet mites is my bottom leaves are dying off. I’m still confused if I have them… but haven’t been able to see them with a x40 so I assume not there and it’s a mold systemic issue? Idk… been growing in this climate going 10 years and finally got my green house so nowater on th buds! ( GIANT DEAL) . And I’m almost thinking I need a blow dryer !! Lol
We get it in scotland too it rarely stops raining here and its a bit far north 56 ish lat im at i find it more common when you grow in forests or near them get into the open more you proly experience it less(stem rot)
What do you mean , extraction? Like harvest? Or making extracts? Sorry I am only confused at that part. I appreciate your response. We can talk story about this being your in similar climate? I need to cruise t Scotland and check the scene.

I grow in Florida and am similarly wet and humid. I use greencure(potassium bicarbonate) on my ladies. I spray it on at the start of flower, week 3 and week 6 or 7. I've had mildew and mold issues before but never with the green cure. Take note that at higher concentration it will brown the pistils, I use about 1/4 recommended strength with no browning.

As mentioned above in our part of the uk the best average rh% figures for the year is 70%, 85/100% isn't remotely unusual for us.
Anyone noticing stem rot should immediately cut a few of the healthiest shoots to clone.
Ime it's not fixable it's affect takes hold too quickly.

A couple of days after cutting back that plant I noticed it was a bit wilty. Later that evening I looked again and knew something wasn't right, it had wilted further, it was time to panic! I pulled it out thinking possible root rot with the low temps and frequent feeding but no the roots are...

Ive only seen stem rot outdoors myself growing in a few plots at a local park years back and that was due to them being too shaded from the trees ime the ones in the clearings or out in the open didnt get it like you said barely every drops below 75% where im at but im not far from the sea so its always gonna be that way
