I had my resume ready to send until I saw that random drug testing part of the job description...

omg random drug test? fucking boneheads.

saw that too. makes me wonder if they would discriminate against a card holding MMJ user? if they will hire someone who takes prescription drugs, whether it's Oxy, valium or some other narcotic - would they not hire based on a hot piss for THC if the user had a Dr's Rec and their redcard? anyone bored enough to try? if you get denied you can have the pleasure of filing a lawsuit against the MMED for discrimination and I'd bet you would win.
