Anyone used GH Flora with Fox Farm Solubles?

I'm starting a new grow using 2 GH waterfarm units, and they came with GH Flora grow, micro, bloom. I was wanting to know if it alright to use GH with FF solubles when I get to flower?

FF solubles include Open Sesame, Beastie Bloomz, and Cha Ching. They also contain micro nutirents so in flower I would stop the GH micro.


Any advice would be appreciated.

I would honestly do a grow using the GH "lucas formula" then the next grow try adding the FF and see how much of a difference it makes.

The Lucas formula calls for more micros instead of grow, The solubles already have micros in it. Wouldn't that overdo the micros and lock everything up?

Hey, I am using the GH flora series with FF solubles in waterfarms and everything is A OK, I am using the aggressive bloom formula + open sesame right now, I add the OS at a rate of 1/2 tsp per gallon. My grow log is in my sig, happy to answer any questions, also, adding an airstone to the rez will do wonders and its easy to route the airline down the water level indicator.

Very cool, thanks CK. Do you cut out the GH Micro when you transition and go into bloom, and just begin the solubles? Do you find that you need to add cal-mag or a carb with mag?

Oh yea...I already added airstones to the waterfarm units....micropores.

Do you use net pots in your waterfarm unit, or just cubes? Do you keep them dripping 24/7 or on a timer?

My formula is as follows, my girls are just coming up to 14 days into flower...I have run this since the 1st day of 12/12.

GH flora:

Grow: 0
Micro: 10 ML
Bloom: 20 ML

FF:

OS: 1/2 tsp per gallon


The next 2 rez changes will be with the following formula:

GH flora:

Grow: 0
Micro: 10 ML
Bloom: 20 ML

FF:

Beastie bloomz: 1/2 tsp per gallon

I havent seen any defs yet and my theory is if it aint broke dont fix it. Also, I run RO for an hour when doing res changes and they are getting top fed for 15 mins, every hour the lights are on. Mind you that this is my first run with hydro, but have plenty of experience with soil and like I say, if it looks good, let her run.

Yea, I think I should have used Beastie Blooms for 2 weeks before switching to cha ching..only used it for 1 week. Maybe it could have fattened my buds up a little more, maybe not, but I'm prolonging flower more than I thought I would and already switched to cha ching.
