The tools are made in china not sure about the greenhouse

Yep! Just remember you get what you pay for it. I have bought tools and such from Harbor Freight and they have been fine, just on the cheaper side. If this is the green house you're referring to (http://www.harborfreight.com/6-ft-x-8-ft-greenhouse-47712.html) then I'd say it looks OK. Kinda cheap plastic, but it may suffice depending on where you're located and what type of weather you get.

I have that greenhouse. Bought it about 10 years ago, still using it. The only problem with it is some of the plastic panels come off if it is really windy, but easy to put back on. Some of my panels are taped on with clear packing tape
