anyone tried syrup

Has anyone ever tried using syrup rather than molasses?

I know people are going to jump in and say just use molasses, but I want to if anyone has tried just regular syrup. I am thinking something like pure maple syrup might be decent..

Pure maple syrup might work but why would you do that? Pure maple syrup is extremely expensive and very good on pancakes while mollaces is extremely cheap and a small amount lasts many grows. That's like asking if beer will work in the toilet. Yeah, you can piss in it and flush it but its better served drinking it first. If you can't think of better ways to throw away money, you can always donate it to the demonic1 fund.

I bet your one of those guys who thinks buying 200 dollar NIKE's will make you better.

Dude, maple syrup isn't that expensive. The whole reason I asked is because I have maple syrup in my fridge, and its been in there for awhile. I don't eat that many pancakes that I fear of wasting my maple syrup. What I don't have on hand is molasses.If your that into maple syrup you can't bear the thought of someone using a few teaspoons for their plants then you have issues.

Don't be a dick, it was a simple question. And no I haven't bought a pair of nikes in a long ass time. They are all stupid looking.

Put a little thought into something before you jump to conclusions. It will make you a better person in the long run.
