I got my MMP card for another state through my MA physician. My advice is to be very open during your visit and put your damn foot down; it's your physician's job to help you! Keep it concise. Tell them, you want the forms signed (MA may not have forms yet so make your own or find one). Bring the forms. Tell them about your MJ use and how it helps you (feel free to say 1g/day if you really smoke all day err'day). And tell them that you simply don't want to be prosecuted for something that helps you. If you google the subject you'll find much better information than I'll provide on my ipad lol, tired thumbs! Good Luck All!!

Went to Cannamed the other day and I feel like a free man! got approved for Bipolar,anxiety,depression, just bring your records. Anyone in mass Northshore area going to be producing edibles?

Can you just go to cannamed and leave your primary out of the picture? The living roots site said you have to meet with your primary care physician first. I personnaly don't want my primary care physician to be any part of my MMJ ambitions. I'd like to just bring my medical records to cannamed and leave my primary out of it.

I didn't say a word to my primary care physician though they might get notified if your approved. Certain forms require you to put your Dr name/address down. I think my Doc might be cool with it though, he used to date my aunt back in the day and they burned through massive amounts of flower Maybe i'll bring a copy of my recommendation next time I get a physical.

So when I asked for my med records, my docs office big concern was if I was leaving the practice. Shows what docs really care about. I said no, I'm planning to get my mmj recomendation and assume you will not be participating in any way. This is when one of the older nurses chimmed in with " People are just abusing the law to get drugs" and continued to spew her anti pot propaganda. I looked her in the face and replied "considering you look old enough to have starred in Reefer Madness, it would be safe to assume your views and facts are just as old" I then told them I would contact them of where to send my records because the nurses views has just made me decide to leave the practice. Then I asked if they could call in my ADHD "LEGAL" Meth script... Fucking doctors want your money and nothing else

Hey guys the thing that sucks is that there will be no donating ,selling,sharing,giving away in mas whatsoever. Kinda fucked up imo. Dont get me wrong i would love to start up a group of caregivers, but it is going to be very risky.
