Anyone know the CHEAPEST Place/website for MH lights?

Ok, I am close to broke and need some lights. All I have (just for grins and giggles) is 2 13 watt cfls over a very small aquarium with foil put up on the sides and bottom and i got one plant under it. Is that even enough to grow one plant? Anyway where is a cheap place I can buy a mh light?
